My name is Donna and I am the business owner of Shutters by Rae. Prior to me coming to the window shutter industry, I was working as a District Manager for several different wireless companies in the Los Angeles area.
It was my vision to combine my business knowledge and skills with my passion to help families that brought me to the creation of this amazing company. I currently reside in the Long Beach area and I will be serving the LA and surrounding counties. There is no place that I will not travel to help a family in need.
I am married and my husband and I have 7 children and 10 grandchildren that are our soul purpose in life. We love to travel, visit at the beach, and spend time with friends and family.

My name is Shelby Church, and I serve South Orange County and San Diego County. I was born and raised in Dana Point and I now live in beautiful Carlsbad so I know and love these communities deeply!
After an 11-year career in tech, I decided to follow my passion for interior design — especially my love for shutters! I’ve spent the past year helping clients choose the perfect shutters for their homes, and it has quickly become one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Seeing how such a simple upgrade can completely transform a space is incredible. I feel so lucky to do work that inspires me every single day!
I’m also a mom to a sweet 12-month-old boy! My husband and I are having the best time watching all of his firsts. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the beach, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.
