My name is Donna and I am the business owner of Shutters by Rae. Prior to me coming to the window shutter industry, I was working as a District Manager for several different wireless companies in the Los Angeles area.

It was my vision to combine my business knowledge and skills with my passion to help families that brought me to the creation of this amazing company. I currently reside in the Long Beach area and I will be serving the LA and surrounding counties. There is no place that I will not travel to help a family in need.

I am married and my husband and I have 7 children and 10 grandchildren that are our soul purpose in life. We love to travel, visit at the beach, and spend time with friends and family.

I can promise you if you hire us that not only are you going to get the best window shutter product in the industry, but also a unique personalized experience that is tailored to each customer. Providing an exceptional experience is what we are known for and we look forward to helping you either beautify or re-beautify your home in the near future.

My name is Shelby Church, and I serve South Orange County and San Diego County. I was born and raised in Dana Point and I now live in beautiful Carlsbad so I know and love these communities deeply!

After an 11-year career in tech, I decided to follow my passion for interior design — especially my love for shutters! I’ve spent the past year helping clients choose the perfect shutters for their homes, and it has quickly become one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Seeing how such a simple upgrade can completely transform a space is incredible. I feel so lucky to do work that inspires me every single day!

I’m also a mom to a sweet 12-month-old boy! My husband and I are having the best time watching all of his firsts. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the beach, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a mom of three and love being part of our family-owned business, Shutters by Rae! I work alongside my mom, helping homeowners find the perfect window coverings to make their spaces feel like home. I love meeting new people, building connections, and helping bring their ideas to life.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family, camping, enjoying the outdoors, or making memories with my kiddos. As a Canyon Lake resident, I love being part of such a wonderful community and getting to know the people in it. I’m excited to continue growing our family business while helping others create beautiful spaces they love coming home to!

I’m Holly. I’ve spent more than ten years in the world of windows and coverings, and honestly, I still love it as much as day one. There’s something special about walking into someone’s home and helping them see it in a whole new light. The right shutters or shades can completely change how a space feels.

When I’m not measuring windows, you’ll probably find me roller skating along the coast, lost in a good book, or planning my next trip. My golden retriever, Max, keeps me grounded (and makes sure I never skip a beach walk). And while I’m not much of a cook, nothing beats an old-school dish that tastes like my grandma’s kitchen. That’s what home is supposed to feel like.

I live in Huntington Beach and love it for its laid-back lifestyle and connection to the ocean. I know exactly how that coastal sun pours through a window. I joined Shutters by Rae because I wanted to do this work my way: honest advice, a personal touch, and treating every home like it matters. Because it does. I can’t wait to help you with yours.

Hi, I’m Hannah! Being part of my mom’s family-owned business and having the opportunity to work alongside my family has been such a blessing. One of the things I love most about my job is that no two days are the same. I enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners enhance their already beautiful spaces with the special Shutters by Rae touch.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two! My little ones keep me busy, and we love spending our free time outdoors, whether it’s enjoying a day at the lake, staying active, or simply making memories together. Spending quality time with my family is what I cherish most.

I look forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally alongside my family while helping bring our customers’ visions for their homes to life!
