They’ll also show you samples of polycore shutters and wood shutters, talk through your style preferences, and answer whatever questions you’ve got. You’ll get a detailed quote with no pressure and no games.

Step 2: Custom Manufacturing

After you approve the design, your exact measurements are sent to a trusted manufacturer that builds your shutters using high-quality materials. The process typically takes about three to four weeks, allowing time to ensure every detail meets their standards. You’ll receive weekly updates throughout production.

Step 3: Installation Day Scheduling

When your shutters are ready, they’ll schedule a convenient installation time that works with your life. Most installations take about 3 hours from start to finish, though bigger projects might need a bit longer.
